Onboarding & Single Sign-On

PLI is a nonprofit leader in continuing legal education, known for offering high-quality seminars, webcasts, and publications since 1933. PLI is recognized for its comprehensive programs on evolving legal topics like intellectual property and corporate law.

With a growing portfolio of digital platforms, PLI users also had to maintain a growing number of user accounts, thus the need for a single sign-on.

We took this opportunity to improve the overall onboarding experience, drawing from issues cited in user feedback. For example, the old display showed all sections of the form to create an account on the screen at once, which I updated to create a more guided step-by-step flow for the user. I also updated the look and feel to adhere to the guidelines coming out of PLI's recent rebranding effort.
