Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., together with its subsidiaries, provides insurance and reinsurance brokerage, consulting, and third-party property/casualty claims settlement and administration services to entities and individuals worldwide. It operates in Brokerage and Risk Management segments.

Gallagher's customers needed a single destination to more easily access and manage complex insurance policies and related documents. The lofi concept I led the creation of is shown below and lays out the initial information architecture, flows and functionality. I facilitated ongoing collaboration with executive leadership across Gallagher’s subsidiaries to build alignment on the information architecture and user flows. And then led my design team to bring concepts into high fidelity for development.
